FinanSys is a financial software, subscription and professional services company established for 21 years with a head office in Bank within the heart of the City of London and global satellite offices.
Due to recent product innovations developed within FinanSys we are experiencing very rapid growth and are looking to recruit a new permanent member of our 3 person finance team. The role will be to fulfil our accounting and sale order processing requirements, including:
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Assist with period and year end closures
• Assist with statutory accounting
• Sales Invoicing and Sales Order Processing
• Legal and Commercial Administration
• HR Administration
• procurement processing
• Finance systems administration, improvement and control
The ideal candidate must be AAT qualified to Level 3, currently studying for Level 4 with 1 year of work experience. We are a technology company and look for candidates to possess a natural ability with technology and confidence in their ability to work with software in a way that improves work streams and efficiency for the overall business. There will be a lot of client interaction so require candidates to have the ability to communicate business processes with clients in a clear and courteous manner.
The role is permanent, office based and Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30. Salary is dependent on experience and will be in the range of £24k to £30k pa +benefits, +study pay, +study leave.
