1996. The company was founded on the belief that internet banking would transform the financial services industry. Sold cyberbank 1.0 to Deutsche Bank, the fourth internet banking project worldwide.

1997-1999. Technisys develops the first web application for branch automation for Citibank, allowing the bank to cut maintenance cost and improve salesmen productivity. The company develops the Visa@Home platform, the first internet service for credit cards for Visa. ABN Amro Bank buys its internet banking application. BSCH hires Technisys for its core systems maintenance. Cyberbank 3.0 incorporates business banking functionality. Bankboston launches the most successful internet banking service in Argentina on a Cyberbank 3.0 platform. Interbanking implements the first B2B payment system allowing multi-bank transfers.

2000-2002. The Argentine Stock Exchange assigns to Technisys the entire command of its internet services. Founders selected as endeavor entrepreneurs (www.endeavor.org). Société générale launches its e-banking strategy. The company becomes American and opens up the office in Miami, with Citibank as the first client, after that Technisys starts the European venture while opening Madrid's office with BSCH as a customer.

2003-2005. Technisys starts building Cyberbank Core, being the first J2EE Core Banking System implemented in the Eurpean Union for its customer Bancoval. After a successful implementation the company launches the product worldwide. The company becomes the offshore software factory for the US firm Todo1 Services, a banking IT services outsourcer. An alliance with IBM results in several sales in Central America and finally, the American Doral Bank launches diverse online services with Technisys’ technologies.
