BH reduces time to market with Cyberbank Multichannel Suite (01/02/2009)

The bank succesfully implemented the SOA-based Cyberbank Multichannel Suite including the Cyberbank Multichannel Manager for managing the delivery channel integration and operation, along with the channel applications Cyberbank Call Center, Cyberbank eBanking and Cyberbank Self Service. The Cyberbank Call Center is by itself a multichannel contact center solution that includes the agent application, the Cyberbank Web Call Center, and the IVR module. The effectiveness and efficiency level of channel integration and automation over a component-based design is unprecedented. This platform allowed the bank to extend its reach for customers and prospects, shorten time to market and reduce maintenance cost.

Banco Improsa acquired Cyberbank Core (10/10/2008)

Along with SOA Cyberbank Multichannel Suite, the bank has implemented its web self service on NCR hardware platform. This was the first channel to launch within a multichannel strategy.

BCR implements its Internet business banking service (10/04/2006)

Banco de Costa Rica launched its ebanking service for business customers, including payroll automation and other state of the art online financial services. The solution is implemented in a Intel-based three-tier architecture running on IBM Websphere. As German Pugliese Bassi said, this first implementation of a Technisys' solution in Central America will serve as a business case to show to other prospects in the region. He also said that the company culture has been well accepted, offering american quality standards with argentine low-cost seems to be a killer formula.

Doral Bank launches its mobile banking service (06/01/2005)

The bank's customers have now wireless access to financial services using their mobile phones. Users can check their balances, receive alerts, make payments and quote stocks wherever they are. The new application is using Technisys' Cyberbank Mobile Banking version 2.

HSBC Bank Argentina launches its PC Banking for corporate customers using Cyberbank's technology (04/13/2005)

The bank succesfully implemented its new multichannel service for the small business and enterprise customer segments. The new application is using the administration module from Technisys' Cyberbank version 5.

Technisys' CEO invited to Indiasoft 2005 (03/16/2005)

The Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC), an autonomous organization under the Department of Information Technology, Ministry of Communication & Information Technology, Government of India has invited Technisys´ CEO Mr. Miguel Santos to Indiasoft 2005. The conference,  according to ESC "a unique platform which converges the whole world of IT opportunities: where global giants, corporate leaders and venture capitalists will be present in one of the unparalleled confluences of IT industry", is one of the biggest software events worldwide.

Technisys has ratified an agreement with Bancoval (01/10/2005)

The spanish bank Bancoval is implementing the first Core Banking System built completely on J2EE Technology in the European Community. Technisys, the company dedicated to the development of transactional solutions for the financial sector, announced the launch of Cyberbank Core using J2EE (Java 2 Enterprise Edition) standards. The company considers the project to be its most important to date since the 1996 introduction of the Technisys flagship product, Cyberbank Internet Banking. ABN Amro Bank relies on Cyberbank once again (11/22/2004)

Doral Bank launched multiple banking portals using Technisys' XML Content Manager and offshore software factory services (10/01/2003)

The project leverages one technology across several different business units to realize efficiencies in the maintenance of each site's functionality and content. Introducing aggregation to Spain (04/25/2003)
